Tremaine Aldon Neversonis an American songwriter, actor, singer and rapper. The 36-year-old American artist popular Trey Songz, was born on 28th November 1984 in Petersburg, Virginia, US. However, Songz was a shy kid and never thought of pursuing his musical career, but he acknowledged his vocal skills at the age of 14 and started performing at high school due to his family and friends’ support. Trey Songz was introduced to Troy Taylor through his step-father, leading him to sign a record contract in 2003 with Atlanta Records.

Raised as a military brat by his mother and stepfather, Songz did not have aspirations for a musical career as a child due to his shyness, saying, “Singing wasn’t a reality for me until other people started noticing sounded good. He completed his graduation in 2002 from Petersburg High School.

His next album Trey Day’s single Can’t Help But Wait made its place in the top 20 singles for the first time. Say Aah, another popular single from Trey Songz’s third album Ready (2009), was Billboard Hot 100’s top 9 song. Ready-made up to Grammy’s nomination in 2008. Trey gave another hit single, Bottoms Up, which his highest-charted single to date.

His 2012 album ChapterV was his first NO.1 album on Billboard200 for the first time. Songz went on releasing songs and albums in consecutive years. Trigga his sixth studio album was released on 1st July 2014, which was another hit, and it sold 105,000 copies in the sale of the first week. 

In the year 2020, Songzreleasede songs like Back Home, which featured Summer Walker. He also released a song titled 2020 Riots: How Many Times as a reaction to the murders of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.
